'Mouth Tape Sound Meditation' at TBR

Knocked is excited to host the first "Knocked Nasal Breathing Meditation and Sound Bath" focusing on the benefits of nasal breathing for wellness and sleep. Each attendee will receive a nasal strip, mouth tape for the class, and an eye mask to take home. Attendees will also receive special gifts, including our supplements and partner brand samples.
