I'm Saman, and I'd like to share the story of how Knocked came to be. Picture this: it's the midst of the COVID pandemic, and like many of you, I found myself struggling with countless sleepless nights. Determined to get my sleep back on track, I embarked on a personal journey to optimize my rest.
Through trial, error, and a lot of late-night research, I began to figure out the keys to getting my sleep back on track. Whenever I read or learned something new, I found myself recommending those tips and tricks to my friends and family, helping them improve their sleep too. And guess what? It worked. The seed for Knocked was planted.
Knocked exists to help people like you—yes, you, reading this right now—achieve higher quality sleep. We believe that everyone deserves to wake up feeling well-rested and ready to conquer the day.
Our team is made up of sleep enthusiasts who are passionate about helping you feel and be the best version of yourself.
